The Tipsy Gypsy is a concept borne out of my love of clothing and accessories -- especially purses! We are not a "brick and mortar" storefront, but a traveling boutique, showing at expos, fairs and even hosting an occasional show of our own. We will be making our debut at Phillipsburg's Girls' Night Out on Saturday, March 27 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Our booth will be located in Tri-C Woodworking, located on the corner of State and 4th Streets. Here's a sneak peek of what to expect. Hope to see you there!
